A Professional Organizer will work with you to put systems in place so you don't feel overwhelmed and out of control. You can use the services of a Professional Organizer to take control of any or all parts of your life, whether business-related or personal.

 

3. How does the process work?  

1.The Initial Consultation - MaxiMy consultants will come to your home and office to have a look at your problem areas and find out how we can help you in the best possible way.   

2. Plan– From the initial consultation you will receive a quote where we give you an estimate of how much it would cost to implement and how long it will take. to get you organized.

3.The Action– Once the you have accepted the quote and a deposit has been paid, we will start the work with you. Together we will work to get you organized!

 

4. What will happen during the initial consultation?

We will sit down with youn and discuss what areas you feel needs organizing. From this we will get a sense of what you would like us to do, your budget, and how much time and energy you are able to put into the project. There is no commitment with the consultation, however there is a consulting fee you have to pay on the day.

  

5. Will I have to sign a contract?

After the initial consultation, if you are interested in proceeding, the professional organizer will put a plan together for you. If you like the plan and agree to the estimate, then at that time you will be asked to sign a contract and also make a deposit. The contract simply states that you are hiring the Professional Organizer at MaxiMy and that you have agreed to the terms of working with MaxiMy.

  

6. What is the best way to get the results I want from working with a Professional Organizer?

For optimum results, we recommend that you be honest about your goals and feelings, from the start and throughout the process, and try to keep an open mind with regard to your Professional Organizers suggestions. MaxiMy is a registered member of Australasian Association of Professional Organisers (AAPO) and we work by their code of ethics.
